Ingredients: Irish cream cheese, sour cream, Belgium milk chocolate
Topping: Belgium milk & dark chocolate, milk chocolate ganache and set on base of digestive biscuits and Irish butter

Baked cheese cake – coffee
Ingredients: Irish cream cheese, sour cream, concentrated natural coffee
Topping: Belgium milk chocolate, Irish dairy cream, cappuccino coffee and set on base of digestive biscuits and Irish butter

Baked cheese cake – vanilla & mixed berries
Ingredients: Irish cream cheese, sour cream, Madagascar vanilla
Topping: blend of mixed berries and set on base of digestive biscuits and Irish butter

Cold-filled cheese cake – lemon

Vol Au Vent & Pie Filling


Prestige Professional – luxurious and rich vol-au-vent and pie fillings aimed at the foodservice market. These fillings are full of flavour, ready to use and incredibly smooth

Heating Instructions:
For filling: Filling may be heated on the hob or in the microwave (microwavable container). Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.

To heat filled Vol au Vents: pre-heat oven to 160 deg C/ Gas mark 4. Fill sauce into Vol au Vents pastry. Place Vol au Vents on

a baking tray in the oven and heat for 20 minutes. Ensure Vol au Vents are piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.

A flavourful rich filling combining shredded chicken, sliced mushroom and onion, seasoned with salt and black pepper to make a perfect filling for vol-au-vents and pies. Ideal as a starter, main course or filling for party food. A must for any menu.

Roasted Red Pepper
A tasty red pepper filling made with Irish cream cheese and roasted red peppers with just a hint of jalapeno relish.

Bacon and Irish Blue Cheese
A delicious blend of bacon and Irish blue cheese. This is a rich and appetizing filling packed full of flavour.
