We have been manufacturing Desserts since 2003 and are now one of the largest suppliers of cheesecakes and trifles to Irish retailers under own label. We pride ourselves in developing bespoke products that are tailored to suit each individual customer.

Continuous improvement
Our cheesecakes, trifles and panna cotta are available in a variety of flavours, sizes and packaging options. We continuously strive to improve our recipes and build on our product range. Our manufacturing process allows us to produce a variety of portion sizes and also allows us to customise our products to meet our customer’s needs.

Catering for both small and large production
Our production environment has been designed to cater for both small and large production runs with enough capacity to adapt to seasonal increases in volume. Our manufacturing process is designed to give the end user a quality product with the maximum shelf life.

Cheese cakes

Below our retail selection of cheesecakes. The well-known dessert dish traditionally made with soft, fresh cheese, eggs, and sugar that may have been a popular dish in ancient Greece.

We currently produce the following:

Mixed berries cheesecake
Lemon cheesecake
Strawberry cheesecake

Ingredients:

Mixed berries cheesecake
Mixed fruit – strawberries, blackcurrants, raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants, blueberries – greek style yoghurt, cream cheese, whipping cream, sugar, egg.

Lemon cheesecake
Full fat soft cheese, natural lemon flavour, citrus fruit cells, whipping cream, biscuit, sugar, egg.

Strawberry cheesecake
Full fat soft cheese, Strawberry puree, biscuit sugar, egg.

Trifle

Our traditional trifles are made from thick custard, fruit, sponge cake, fruit juice or jelly, and whipped cream.

We currently produce the following:

Panna cotta

Panna cotta is an delightful Italian dessert made by simmering together cream, milk, and sugar, mixing this with gelatin, and letting it cool until set.

Ingredients: Cream, milk, raspberries, gelatine, vanilla seeds.
