Our Deserts

At Prestige foods we have developed a wide variety of high quality tasty desserts specially for the foodservice market .Our desserts range consists of three main categories – Portion desserts, mini desserts and our healthcare range, Available both under our own Prestige Professional brand and our customers own brands, we offer high quality desserts in various sizes and formats to suit customers need Our Artisan desserts are blast frozen on the day of production and uses only the best of Irish and international ingredients to create quality products with outstanding flavours. All our products are handmade by our specially trained staff in our BRC certified facility in Listowel, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

  • Frozen Product – our desserts are blast frozen on the day of manusfacture to ensure a customer receives them in the best possible condition.
  • Individually Portioned – our desserts are individually portioned, whether in a portion or mini dessert. 
  • Quality Ingredient – In Prestige foods we pride ourselves on using the best quality Irish and International ingredients available such as Belgian chocolate, Madagascan vanilla Sicilian lemon, Irish free range eggs, and Irish dairy products including – cream cheese, cream, butter and milk.
  • Thaw and Serve – Prestige foods desserts are ready to eat desserts, taking just 2 – 4 hours to defrost depending on the dessert. Once defrosted they are can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Bespoke Packaging – We have worked closely with our packaging suppliers to design bespoke packaging which protects our desserts to prevent damage in transport while still being compact.

Continuous improvement

We continuously strive to improve our recipes and build on our product range. Our manufacturing process allows us to produce a variety of portion sizes and also allows us to customise our products to meet our customer’s needs.

Catering for both small and large production

Our production environment has been designed to cater for both small and large production runs with enough capacity to adapt to seasonal increases in volume. Our manufacturing process is designed to give the end user a quality product with the maximum shelf life.
